A 73-year-old man from Prophetstown, Ill. was sentenced to five years in prison on Monday for attempting to burn down a planned abortion clinic site last May.

On Sept. 19, Philip Buyno plead guilty for attempting to use fire to damage a public building, which carries a felony charge. He also admitted to using his car to crash through the entrance of the commercial building with several cans of gasoline inside. Police arrived and found Buyno trapped inside his vehicle after backing it into the entrance of the building, which is located in Danville and the planned site of a new reproductive health clinic.

Buyno was also ordered to pay $327,547 in restitution and given three years of supervised release when his sentence is complete.
