Chad Larson

Chad Larson is the Executive General Manager of Heartland Signal, where he helps lead a growing independent media company built around talk radio and digital journalism. He brings two decades in broadcasting to the role, having come up at Minnesota’s AM950/KTNF from sales to sales manager before taking over the station’s operations and, in 2013, buying it outright. Over the years that followed, he developed local programming into daily shows and pushed the station into the digital age—live streaming, podcasts, and video—recognizing early that strong content has to meet people wherever they choose to listen. AM950 joined Heartland Signal in 2026. Chad lives in Minnesota with his wife, Angie, and their dog, Mia.
