Around The Town Chicago

Schedule: Sundays 1PM-2PM

“Around The Town Chicago” is a show filled with entertainment news, funny stories, performer interviews, and ticket giveaways.

Host Al Breslof says: “For all of you who read my reviews, and have over the years, thank you! Now, I can be heard live on the radio. Yes, “Around the Town Chicago” is a weekly show on WCPT 820 AM Chicago. I take to the airwaves Sundays from 1:00 to 2:00 p.m. Central with co-host Frank Meccia. We talk theater, cabaret and dining in the Greater Chicagoland area. Chicago actors come on and discuss theater. We talk about the Jeff Awards and other special parts of the Chicago theater scene. And of course, my reviews are a featured part of the show. We also do call-in contests where we give away tickets to local theater productions and restaurants (that I review).

I look forward to having you listen to my show and call in.”
