Smile Texas contains several one-star reviews on Yelp, with one customer referring to Dr. Rick Kline as a “fraud.” One patient alleged to be a patient of Smile for years before claiming that the implants used at the practice wear down over time and require routine replacements that cost thousands.

“Rick Kline is a fraud when it comes to implants!” Yelp user Don Roberto X wrote in Feb. 2021. “Do not,and I mean do not ever, use this practice, especially kline, for implants! This jerk off is a general dentist.”

Noem has been the governor of South Dakota since 2019. During her tenure, Noem has overseen the near-total prohibition of abortion and the suppression of LGBTQ rights. Noem is also a major proponent of guns, as she signed a bill abolishing South Dakota’s permit requirements for concealed carry and attempted to use government money to build a gun range.
