Kansas GOP congressional candidate wants to eliminate ‘anything big’ in government
Kansas GOP congressional candidate Chad Young is advocating to abolish “anything big,” such as major corporations, federal agencies and taxation, according to a Kansas Reflector article.
Young refers to himself as a patriot rather than a politician, emphasizing his belief that numerous Washington officials are tyrants. In a speech posted to Facebook last week, he declared that these politicians must be held accountable, introducing a notion to “pass bills that put them in prison if they attack the Constitution.”
Young says he is an avid constitutionalist who disapproves of a big government, claiming it to be the enemy of the people.
“What we’re looking at is what our forefathers told us in the Constitution: when your government becomes tyrannical to this point, it is time to replace or abolish,” Young said in an interview last week with KGGF Radio. “I think we’re tired of replacing and it’s now time to downsize and abolish those that come at us and against us. And it’s time for that to happen.”
A few agencies that Young wishes to abolish include the IRS, the Federal Reserve, the FBI and the CIA, saying they all attack Americans by “censoring your free speech.”
Young criticizes the current education system due to its connection back to John D. Rockefeller. He also associates Rockefeller to the medical field and Big Pharma, another industry Young believes is attacking the nation.
He also wants to eliminate taxation, in the hopes of achieving a “debt free America.”
Another pivotal aspect of Young’s campaign is the assertion that there is a “need to put God and Jesus Christ first in this nation.”
Young is running in Kansas’s 2nd Congressional District, where he faces four other Republican candidates going into the Aug. 6 primary election.
