Oz has come under fire for his loose ties to Pennsylvania and his recent support of far-right positions. Despite denouncing Kenney, Oz has never mentioned that he once supported an assault weapon ban and challenging Pennsylvania’s loose gun laws. Oz’s website says that American citizens should be allowed to buy any gun they desire.

Fetterman is looking to flip Pennsylvania’s open Senate seat as incumbent Republican Pat Toomey is retiring. The race could determine which party will hold the heavily divided U.S. Senate for the next two years. Fetterman won his primary election by more than 400,000 votes and is currently polling higher than Oz, causing panic among Republican operatives.
